Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policies

At The World of Kumari, every piece is handcrafted in Jaipur, India. Our jewellery is artisanal in nature, resulting in subtle variations that make each creation unique. While
natural stones and finishes may differ slightly, every piece undergoes strict quality checks before it leaves our atelier.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • Your order has been damaged in transit
  • You have received an incorrect product

In such cases, the item must be returned unworn, unused and in its original packaging, exactly as received.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing orders@worldofkumari.com.
  • Please include clear photographs of the product highlighting the concern.
  • Our Quality Control team will review the request and determine eligibility for return or exchange.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a courier pickup and guide you through the process via email. Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, only if deemed damaged or defective by our QC team.

 Exchanges are not permitted outside the conditions stated above.

 

Refunds
If approved, we will either:

  • Replace the product (subject to availability) or
  • Issue a refund for the product value to the original payment method

Refunds are processed via the original payment gateway, as the transaction is completed at the time of purchase.

 

Refunds Are Applicable In the Following Cases

  • Genuine quality concerns verified by our QC team
  • Orders lost in transit (must be reported within 21 days of order placement)
  • Incorrect item shipped by The World of Kumari

 

Refunds & Exchanges Are Not Applicable In the Following Cases

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
  • PO Box or invalid address formats
  • After three unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier
  • Order refusal by the recipient
  • Sizing issues (please review size guides carefully before purchase)
  • Items returned used, worn or damaged
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or design due to the handcrafted nature of the jewellery
  • Products that are not faulty or damaged
  • Requests raised after 3 days of receipt
  • Made-to-order pieces, which are considered final sale
