All our jewellery is handcrafted in Jaipur with love. The jewellery is Gold plated 92.5% silver & our gemstones are sourced in Jaipur.

92.5% Silver with Gold Plating / American Diamond.
Normal everyday use and external agents may reduce the lustre of gemstones and gold surfaces.
To maintain, use specific, non-abrasive products specially meant for cleaning jewellery.

Before you return a World of Kumari product, please take a moment to understand that our products are artisnal in nature and handcrafted in Jaipur, India resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. The stones therefore may vary slightly.
That said all our products go through a stringent quality control test before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if:
- Your order is damaged in transit.
- You have received the incorrect product.
- In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).
STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN
- Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order.
- You must email us at orders@worldofkumari.com to notify us.
- Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to kindly email us a photograph of the product. Then it is up to the discretion of the Kumari QC team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
- Products can be returned within 14 days from the time of receipt of goods at customer’s end, only if goods are found in damaged or defective condition by the Kumari team.
- No exchange is allowed in other cases. The customer needs to intimate us within 3 days of receipt of goods at their end for exchange.
- Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us and the Kumari team will be in touch with you via email to ensure your exchange is seamless.
- The World of Kumari will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
- We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
- We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 business days of product receipt.
- As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund to your account via our respective Payment Gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE
- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit (Non delivery of the parcel needs to be reported within 21 days from the date of the order).
- In case The World Of Kumari discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones & cz, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
- If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
- The customer needs to intimate us within 3 days of receipt of goods at his/her end.
- Made to Orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
REPAIR CHARGES
Repair charges on goods which are six months old or more :
- Products sold beyond the period of six months will be repaired on chargeable basis for gold plated and silver ornaments and the actual cost of repair will be changed from the customer.
- The cost of repair will vary from piece to piece depending upon the nature of repair required and the quantum of silver or gold consumed for repair of the piece.
- Estimate of repair can be provided once the piece is physically examined by the Kumari team at Jaipur, Which will then be communicated via email to our clients.
We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas.
The minimum delivery timeline is 3 days, and the maximum is 15 days for both domestic and international customers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- For international orders, Flat fee of USD 60 is charged.
- Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
- Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
- All orders are processed from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
- Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
- Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
- The order status can also be tracked on GE website footer “Order Status” link under “Customer Assistance.”
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
- Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
- In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
